Guide
How to connect Webtor via S3
Your library also speaks the S3 protocol, so any S3 client can browse and stream it. The folders are the same ones you get over WebDAV, exposed as buckets.
- Copy the endpoint, access key and secret key from your Webtor profile.
- Set up any S3 client with those credentials and path-style addressing.
- Browse the buckets and stream your files.
rclone configuration
Add this to your rclone.conf:
[webtor]
type = s3
provider = Other
endpoint = https://webtor.fuckdu.de/s3
access_key_id = <access key>
secret_access_key = <secret key>
region = us-east-1
force_path_style = true
Then rclone lsd webtor: lists your buckets and rclone mount webtor:all /mnt/webtor mounts the library.
Recommended clients
- AWS CLI:
aws --endpoint-url https://webtor.fuckdu.de/s3 s3 ls s3://all/ - Cyberduck / Mountain Duck: an S3 connection with a custom endpoint
- Mounting: rclone mount or s3fs
Your buckets
- torrents – Add or remove torrents (writable)
- all – Full content browsing (read-only)
- movies – All recognized movies (read-only)
- series – TV shows and episodes (read-only)
Note: Downloading a file follows a redirect to the streaming servers — that is normal, and every supported client handles it.
Note: S3 access is only available for paid users.
